After serving more than 13 years in the United States Air Force in both Security Forces and Education & Training roles, I transitioned into the field of education with a strong foundation in leadership, training development, operational systems, and performance improvement.
My military background shaped the way I approach learning: structure matters, clarity matters, accountability matters, and systems matter.
As I pursued graduate studies in education and began working directly within school systems, I recognized the growing need for instructional environments that support the whole learner while maintaining high expectations.
Today, my work focuses on designing learning systems that strengthen perseverance, accessibility, engagement, and long-term educational growth.
